- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to see if one of the lawyers would be able to help with my grandmother. I explained the situation to the lady on a Wednesday and she ensured me that someone would call me back by the end of the day. I never heard anything back, so I called back the following week on Wednesday. The lady had no idea who I had spoken with or any of my information. I had to give the whole story and my information once again. She once again told me she would find out and call me back. This time she called back within 10 minutes just to let me know that they could not take the case due to being a conflict of interest. Now with that being said I am my grandmothers power of attorney. She is currently in the hospital and is unable to make these phone calls. I feel like this attorneys office is not professional once so ever!! If they were they would have called me back last week so that I could have been looking for another attorney. I would not use them in the future for ANYTHING!!!!!By Nikki Morrow, January 05, 2017
